Zuni Bear Fetish Necklace c.1970 updated

This fetish necklace is an iconic example of fine Zuni carving. It features detailed, hand-carved bear fetishes increasing in size around a central turquoise pendant. The fetishes are interspersed with traditional heishe beads and finished with hook-and-eye hardware. It measures 30" from clasp to clasp. Excellent original condition. Carver unknown.
