Chaikwana Kachina, c. 1960

This is a good representation of the Chaikwana kachina with his yellow moon shaped eyes and red tongue on black beard. He carries a bow in one hand and a rattle in the other. He sports a shell bandelier for rhythm when he dances in line. Nice touch of a turquoise nugget necklace. Good size, 11.5" in height. Old string for hanging on the wall on the back. Cottonwood, guaranteed authentic Hopi doll.

h523 -- $550
