"Comanche Dance" by Gene Kloss
Gene Kloss was a California artist who studied at the Department of Art at UC Berkeley, graduating in 1924 before eventually moving permanently to Taos in the 1960s. She is renowned for her western scenes made there. This print is entitled "Comanche Dance at San Ildefonso Pueblo" and is numbered 53/80, and was a gift from Kloss to Sandra D'Emilio, former curator of Museum of New Mexico. The image measures 13 1/2" x 11"
