Hopi Corn Boy Kachina, c.1950 new

This Hopi doll is a great example of traditional Kachina carving, depicting the Corn Boy or Corn Kachina. This piece has great detail in the miniature ceremonial regalia, including corn insignia on the face, a ruff around the neck made of green yarn and bright green moccasins. This doll measures 1h" high. It is in excellent condition with great age. From a distinguished Arizona collection. An excellent addition to any collection of Kachina dolls.
