Zuni Inlay Rainbow Man Pin, c.1930s-40s

This Zuni inlay pin depicting the Rainbow Man dates to the 1930s or 40s. The classic pin has turquoise, shell, jet, and coral inlay held in place by fine sawtooth bezel. Handmade silver raindrops and twisted wire decorate his silhouette. The pin has no hallmark, and measures 2 3/4" height and 1 3/4" width. This is an excellent example of vintage Zuni inlay jewelry.
