Nampeyo and Fannie Masterpiece Storage Jar, c.1935

This exceptional, large jar molded by Nampeyo and painted by her daughter Fannie in the mid-1930s measures a full 15” in diameter. The jar features the unique bat wing or bear claw version of the migration design. The painted fine line design is extremely well-executed. The jar comes from a dude ranch near Sedona, AZ. The jar measures 10” height and 15” diameter, and is in excellent, original condition.
