Hopi Migration Jar by Priscilla Namingha Nampeyo

Here is a nice small Hopi jar by Priscilla Namingha Nampeyo featuring the iconic migration design. This design was developed by Priscilla's great-grandmother Nampeyo and has since become a family hallmark. Priscilla is the grand-daughter of Fannie Nampeyo and the mother of contemporary master-potter Rachel Sahmie. This piece is a nice example of her work, dated 1995. Measures 3 1/2" high by 4" in diameter. Signed by the artist.
