Zuni Channel Inlay Bracelet, c.1970 new

A wonderful example of Zuni channel inlay, this bracelet features a checkerboard of finely cut all American turquoise stones set on a hand-hammered ingot band. The untreated natural turquoise has a wonderful earthy color with great Zat and luminescence. The fine stonework is a calling card of Zuni jewelers whose reputation is truly global. This piece is hallmarked by the artist with a capital “S” and a Sterling stamp. It measures 5” around the inside with a 1 1/8” opening. Perfect for a 6 1/8” wrist. A wearable piece of artwork and a fantastic Native-made fashion statement. Highly recommended.
