Contemporary Hopi Seed Jar by Nyla Sahmie updated

A beautiful traditional Hopi seed jar by contemporary master potter Nyla Sahmie. This piece features intricate abstract designs inspired by the Sikyatki Revival designs of the artist's ancestor Nampeyo (1858-1942). It measures 7 1/2" in diameter by 4" high. This piece was traditionally fired outdoors in May of 2024. Signed by the artist.
