Hopi Polychrome Jar by Nampeyo, c.1920

An excellent example of Hopi yellowware, c.1920. This polychrome jar features a two-panel abstract design with avian motifs. It is an excellent example of the Sikyatki Revival aesthetic, by the master potter Nampeyo (1858-1942). It measures 3 7/8" high by 7 3/4" in diameter. Excellent original condition. Highly recommended.
