In Search of Nampeyo Wins First Place in IBPA's Ben Franklin Awards

We are happy to report that Steve Elmore's "In Search of Nampeyo" won the gold medal in the IPBA's Ben Franklin Awards in the Regional category. Steve traveled to Salt Lake City to accept the award where he gave a short talk about the life of Nampeyo to the crowd. We are pleased with this acknowledgment by the publishing industry and excited about an increased enthusiasm about Hopi pottery.
