Rare Hopi Warrior God Kachina, c.1940 new

This is a rare Hopi Kachina doll dating from the 1940s. This piece depicts the warrior god Po'okong'hoya with excellent attention to detail in the miniature regalia. This doll has a conical hat, earrings and a tiny ceremonial sash on its belt. It measures 11" high and is in excellent original condition. It comes from a distinguished Arizona collection. A fantastic, uncommon doll for the serious collector of Hopi Kachinas.
