Description
This small Zuni owl from the early 20th century includes some classic design elements of these early figures. Traditionally made of Zuni clay and pit-fired, the piece is in excellent condition without repair. These owls have been a long running tradition at Zuni, who see the owl as a purveyor of knowledge and serenity.
This piece measures 5 ¾” in height by 5” in diameter.
