A traditionally made a fired Hopi polychrome jar in the form of a parrot by Rachel Sahmie Nampeyo. This jar was inspired by a prehistoric Sikyatki example from the Field Museum's collection in Chicago. It is clearly signed on the base and is in excellent original condition.
